NASCAR star Kurt Bosch made some shocking claims about his ex-girlfriend in court on Tuesday. The NASCAR driver took the stand to say that his ex-girlfriend Patricia Driscoll is a paid assassin who lives a life of espionage as she kills people all over the world.

Bosch was in a Delaware court over Driscoll’s request for a no-contact order when he took the stand and said his ex is a paid assassin who showed him pictures of dead bodies and told him her work took her all over the globe to places like Latin America and Africa.

“Everybody on the outside can tell me I’m crazy, but I lived on the inside and saw it firsthand,” Busch said when his stunned attorney, Rusty Hardin, asked him why he believed Driscoll to be a professional assassin.

Bosch added that a character in the Hollywood thriller Zero Dark Thirty was based on Driscoll, and that once while in El Paso, Texas, she left in camouflage and returned in a trench coat and blood spattered evening dress.

As for Driscoll, she steadfastly denies these claims, accusing Bosch of getting them from a screenplay she had been working on.

“These statements made about being a trained assassin, hired killer, are ludicrous and without basis and are an attempt to destroy my credibility,” Driscoll said. “Not even [his attorney] Rusty Hardin believes this. I find it interesting that some of the outlandish claims come straight from a fictional movie script I’ve been working on for eight years.”

Despite her denial, this is not the first time Driscoll has been accused of being a spy. Just last month, a former personal assistant to the couple claimed that Driscoll told him that she was a paid assassin and that she told him ”I take down foreign governments. I own Washington.”

At this time, it is unclear who is telling the truth in this case. Driscoll is painting Bosch as an abusive boyfriend who once grabbed her by her throat and slammed her head into a wall three times. Meanwhile, the NASCAR driver is denying that he ever laid a hand on Driscoll, and saying that she is a ruthless government operative who has killed many people all over the world.
