When a routine surgery went wrong and his pitbull Loois was left a paraplegic, dog-lover Craig Mosher devised a way to ensure that his life remained as normal as possible.

Mosher invented a harness that allows paralyzed dogs to continue going for walks every day.

“I go where he goes,” Mosher says. “It’s not my walk. It’s all about him.”

“I think he keeps me as a good person, because he’s my best friend. He’s the only family I’ve got that actually lives with me,” he added. “He’s just the most wonderful, nicest, kindest, little creature you’ll want to meet in your life.”
