Last week, Donald Trump’s haters were stunned when he was named as the frontrunner in the GOP race. These poll results have forced everyone on all sides of the political spectrum to take Trump seriously as a presidential contender in 2016.
During an interview on Sunday, Trump continued his no-nonsense approach by giving a brutally honest answer when he was asked about Bill Cosby and the rape accusations against him.
“I think he’s guilty as hell. I mean, he’s looking guilty,” Trump said, according to EW. “And that last week’s event was very bad for him where they had the sealed documents unsealed.”
“I’ve never been a fan of Bill Cosby. I’ve never liked him. I’ve known him; I’ve never liked him,” he added. “I think he was a highly overrated guy — both in talent and in many other ways.”
Trump was then asked if he would revoke Cosby’s Presidential Medal of Freedom if he becomes president, which is something that Obama has refused to do.
“I don’t know if you can take away a medal or not,” Trump replied. “It’s not the most important thing. But I would say, if you can, take it away.”
