Making delicious doughnuts at home is way easier than you thought!
Most of us don’t have the time to spend our evenings or mornings cooking. But this video shows how to make delicious doughnuts in little to no time at all.
-Put one cup of flour in a mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup of caster sugar, 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder, and 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
-Add 1/2 cut of low fat vanilla yogurt, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
-Add as many blueberries as you want. Fold the dough to mix the berries in.
-Spray a doughnut cooking pan with oil. Fill the slots 2/3 with dough.
-Place the tray in an oven that has been preheat to 375 degrees. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, or until the doughnuts are golden.
And that’s it! Now you have tasty doughnuts, made right at home. Couldn’t be easier.
