Former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner has found herself in hot water once again this week after yet another lawsuit was filed against her about the deadly Malibu car crash she caused back in February.
According to Cosmopolitan, the third lawsuit about the car crash was filed against Jenner on Friday. Kim Howe was killed 10 months ago when her vehicle was rear-ended by Jenner’s, sending her flying into oncoming traffic. Her vehicle hit the car of the Wolf-Milesis family, and they are the ones who have filed the latest lawsuit against Jenner.
The lawsuit claims that multiple members of the Wolf-Milesis family sustained serious injuries that they still struggle with to this day.
“The emotional effects of being involved in a collision that has taken the life of another has caused tremendous distress and suffering for the Wolf-Milesi family,” the lawsuit reads.
Earlier this year, the step-children of Howe filed a lawsuit against Jenner for her death. This suit was followed by another one filed by Jessica Steindorff, who was also injured in the crash.
Back in September, Jenner narrowly managed to dodge jail time when prosecutors decided not to charge her with vehicular manslaughter, a decision that remains controversial. We can only hope this latest lawsuit forces prosecutors to change their minds and send Jenner to jail where she belongs!
