This recipe can’t get any easier. It’s only two ingredients and will make a terrific dessert bread. It will impress your guests and would also make a great gift.

All you need is a pint of softened ice cream and 1.5 cups of self rising flour. (Make sure to use self rising not all purpose flour.) The ingredients in the ice cream gives you everything you need to make this bread. Just bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

There are so many flavors of ice cream, you’ll have a blast trying out different ones. If you want colorful bread, just use colorful ice cream!
