Weeknights can get hectic. Between work, running errands, and driving the kids all over, some nights I don’t really have time to cook. Those are the nights I lean on my crock pot.

And here are some crock pot recipes you can prep and freeze so they are ready to just toss in before leaving in the morning.

Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole

You don’t even need a side dish with this meal. It’s all right there!

Get the recipe at Money Saving Mom.

Chicken and Dumplings

The recipe for this great comfort meal can be found at Crockpot Gourmet.

Orange Ginger Chicken

Yum! This is a terrific twist on chicken.

You can get this recipe at New Leaf Wellness.

Pot Roast and Green Beans

It doesn’t get much simpler than this one. It’s all right there and you can toss it in the freezer so all you have to do is toss it in the crockpot on a crazy day.

Get the recipe at New Leaf Wellness.

Sausage Spinach Tomato Soup

Hot Italian sausage in tomato soup is a great meal on a cold winter night.

New Leaf Wellness has the recipe.
