Jessica Simpson spoke about her fitness secret after having 2 babies. And it’s not really something you would need a trainer to mimic.

The singer says that she eats a lot of her children’s corndogs. Saying that “being a mom is enough a diet,” Jessica obviously isn’t obsessed with healthy eating.

She reveals her simple secret in the video below. Burning off those calories is something you can do while enjoying other activities, as Jessica reports she does this while watching TV.
