As we get older, it becomes obvious that our metabolism changes, and it never seems to be a change for the better. Those french fries that didn’t affect you so much in your younger years will often find themselves on your hips when you’re 40.
So, how can you increase your metabolism? Check out the video below for some great tips. I can attest to several of them. When I started working out, my weight loss didn’t kick in until I added weight (resistance) training.
