LynnMarie Rink took her nine year old son to the Apple Store to get a new iPad. James has both Down Syndrome and autism, so going out in public can sometimes be overwhelming.

But, James relies on his iPad. It taught him how to spell and helps him communicate better. So when his iPad finally bit the dust, they really needed to venture out to the store. The commotion and surroundings proved too much for James and he ended up running right into a glass wall. As everyone stood and stared, one employee came and sat with James.

Andrew sat with James and helped him learn about his brand new iPad. He went out of his way to turn an uncomfortable and overwhelming experience into a great one.
