Texas is fighting back against Obama’s demands to let boys go in the girls’ bathrooms at school. The Lone Star state and ten other states are suing the Obama Administration over the president’s executive order forcing schools to green light boys sharing bathrooms with girls.
Oklahoma, Alabama, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Tennessee, Maine, Arizona, Louisiana, Utah, and Georgia joined the fight with Texas. Governor Greg Abbott tweeted about the challenge to the White House over Obama’s illegal demands.

Conservative states are vowing to fight Obama’s potty demands, saying the president is putting children in harm’s way with his directive against basic decency. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton also said Obama doesn’t have the power to do this. This power is with the legislature, not the executive branch. “Simply put, the Obama administration is creating new law outside the bounds of the Constitution, making the kind of changes only Congress can make,” Paxton said.
As you can see in the video below, Obama has a fight on his hands.
This is an odd thing for Obama to make a priority. While ISIS is dominating in the Middle East, he is focusing on his perverted bathroom initiative.
Please share this is you support these 11 states in their lawsuits! We must fight back against this nonsense!
