Now that the election is over, Americans have one question on their mind. Will Donald Trump follow through and have a special prosecutor for Hillary Clintons’ email scandal?

Many Americans turned their backs on the Democratic nominee because they felt that she was above the laws that they had to follow. Any of us would have been locked up in jail years ago for her crimes.

Trump said repeatedly that he believes Hillary has escaped justice far too long. “If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation. Because there have never been so many lies so much deception,” Trump said during one of the debates.

One moment detailing Trump’s quest for justice went viral and possibly helped a lot of Americans decide how to vote. Hillary said during the second debate that she’s grateful someone with Trump’s temperament isn’t in charge. He immediately replied she wouldn’t be happy because she’d be in jail. You can see that gem of a video below.

Trump didn’t mention a special prosecutor in his victory speech, so many were wondering if this was a campaign talking point that wouldn’t come to fruition. But, Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said in an interview the morning after the election this is still very much on the table.

She said Trump is “looking to unify the country, but we haven’t discussed that in recent days, and I think that it’s all in due time.”

It’s coming, but it can’t be discussed right now. This likely is a wise move. It’s a time to unite. Trump can’t appoint a prosecutor until he is sworn in anyhow.

The only thing that might stand between Hillary Clinton and justice is a pardon from President Obama. Obama said that his legacy depended on Hillary winning. She lost and she lost badly. If he were to pardon her, she would leave an even darker stain on his legacy. Let’s hope she has her day in court.

Share this if you believe Hillary belongs in jail!
