At the Women’s March, Madonna said she was thinking about blowing up the White House. Threatening the president is against the law, but that didn’t concern the pop singer. Her actions haven’t had criminal consequences, but that might soon change!
A petition on Change.org demands that Madonna be arrested for her threat. If 25,000 people sign it, it will be delivered to the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security. That is about to become a reality as over 24,000 people have signed it!
The petition reads: “The inflammatory statement made by Madonna on January 21, 2017 at the Women’s March in DC is a blatant disregard for the welfare of the President, his family and staff. Her arrogance and sense of entitlement as a Hollywood elitist allow her to maintain the confidence that she could make any type of hostile statement and promotion of violence, and face no consequences. We, the signers of this petition, request that Madonna be held accountable and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, just as if any other average citizen had made these same statements.”
Madonna’s threatening comments can be seen in the video below. Listen to them to see if you believe she was threatening the president.

This is a petition I can support. The laws should apply to all of us, including Madonna and her fellow Hollywood liberals. You can’t threaten the president with physical harm, but that is what she did!
You can sign the petition here.
