A few weeks ago, DISH Network outraged conservatives everywhere when they dropped Fox News from their lineup. In retaliation, Fox declared war on DISH, and after weeks of fighting, it appears they have finally won.

DISH Network, L.L.C. and FOX News Network, L.L.C. have reached a multiyear agreement in which the former will carry both Fox News and Fox Business Network. Tim Carry, FOX News and FOX Business executive vice president of distribution and Warren Schlichting, DISH senior vice president of programming released a joint statement about the agreement that read:

“We thank the viewers of FOX News and FOX Business and DISH customers for their patience throughout this process.”

In the end, DISH lost their battle to censor Fox thanks to the backlash of millions of united conservatives. Earlier this week, conservative icons Megyn Kelly and Bill O’Reilly released an ad slamming DISH for trying to silence conservatives everywhere. This ad likely played a large role in DISH’s surrender.

Hopefully, the liberal media will learn from this that it is never a good idea to try to censor conservatives.
