The FDA has revealed that salmon is a “superfood” that could add some serious years to your lifespan.

Whether it’s smoked, baked, or in your sushi, this omega-3 rich fish would be a great addition to your next meal. According to Huffington Post, diets that have a lot of omega-3’s could preserve your telomeres and slow down the aging process.

Telomeres are the ends of your chromosomes that shrink with age, slow slowing these down will do wonders for both your look, and your lifespan.
