Judge Arthur J. Schwab, a federal judge representing western Pennsylvania, “sent shock waves throughout the political establishment” by ruling parts of Obama’s executive amnesty plan unconstitutional, according to Wounded American Warrior.

In a case against an illegal immigrant facing a drunk driving charge, Judge Schwab ruled that “President Obama’s unilateral legislative action violates the separation of powers provided for in the United States Constitution as well as the Take Care Clause, and therefore is unconstitutional.”

Schwab’s ruling is sure to become a huge thorn in Obama’s side, as amnesty opponents across the country have been quick to cite the decision in their judicial challenges to the President’s widespread amnesty plan. Most notably, Texas governor-elect Greg Abbott has already filed briefs mentioning the Pennsylvania case.

Abbott’s lawsuit, which has been joined by 20 other states, is largely considered to be the biggest threat to Obama’s amnesty currently making its way through the court system.  Sheriff Joe Arpaio has also entered Schwab’s ruling as “supplemental authority” in his case against Obama’s immigration order.

Thankfully, there are proud American patriots like Judge Schwab, Greg Abbott and Sheriff Joe who are willing to stand up to Obama’s lawlessness. Share this report if you support Judge Schwab’s ruling that Obama’s executive amnesty is a huge violation of the separation of powers, and therefore, is unconstitutional.
