American officials are scrambling on Monday after ISIS hacked the U.S. Central Command’s twitter, and quickly began tweeting personal information as well as a series of threats to the U.S.

The hacking occurred at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, and the first tweet was, “AMERICAN SOLDIERS, WE ARE COMING, WATCH YOUR BACK. ISIS.”

ISIS changed the profile picture of the twitter account to a photo of a hooded man, and released a document claiming responsibility for the hacking, saying it was part of their “Cyberjihad.”

“You’ll see no mercy infidels. ISIS is already here, we are in your PCs, in each military base. With Allah’s permission we are in CENTCOM now,” the document reads. “We won’t stop! We know everything about you, your wives and children. U.S. soldiers! We’re watching you!”

On the twitter account, ISIS released a series of personal information about retired U.S. Generals. These include email addresses, phone numbers, and even home addresses. They also released confidential information about military details concerning China and North Korea.

The Twitter account was finally suspended at 1: 10 p.m., 40 minutes after the initial hacking.

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest desperately tried to downplay the hacking, but he admitted it was “something we are obviously looking into.”

“There is a pretty significant difference between what is a large data breach and the hacking of a Twitter account,” he told reporters around 1:30 p.m. “We are still examining and investigating the extent of this incident.”
