Washington watchdog group Freedom Watch has filed a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton that could land her in prison for life.

The group is suing Hillary based on her hidden emails under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act, also known as RICO. The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Tuesday by Freedom Watch founder Larry Klayman.

According to Conservative Tribune, the lawsuit accuses the Clintons of spending a decade engaged in activities that constitute a “criminal enterprise” intended to enrich them. Klayman alleges that the Clintons destroyed documents through mail, wire fraud and false statements. He says the American people were entitled to see these documents under the Freedom of Information Act.

“This is the first and only hard-hitting case to address the growing email scandal,” Klayman said. “What Hillary Clinton, her husband, and their foundation have done is nothing new.

“It is simply part of a criminal enterprise which dates back at least 10 years, all designed to enrich themselves personally at the expense of the American people and our nation,” he added. “It’s time, however, that they finally be held legally accountable.”

The case states that, “defendants have misappropriated — that is, stolen — the documents which are U.S. government property under relevant records management and archive laws governing U.S. government officials.”

Klayman also says Hillary “lied to the lower court” when she said there were “no responsive documents” to his information requests, because her private email server was not searched.

If the court rules in Klayman’s favor, we could be rid of Hillary forever as she spends her life in a jail cell.
