Nobody likes working on Saturday night, and when this anchor made his frustrations known, he was quickly fired for it.

Justin Kraemer was doing the late night news broadcast for the NBC affiliate KSNW in Wichita last Saturday night, and after ending the show, he was happy to be done with it.

Thinking the cameras had been shut off, Kraemer could audibly be heard telling his colleagues “let’s get the f*ck out of here.”

Video of the incident quickly went viral, and was even shown on Jimmy Kimmel Live, but KSNW made it clear that they were not happy about what Kraemer did.

On Monday, Kraemer issued an apology through The Wichita Eagle.

“I did something extraordinarily unprofessional,” the anchor said. “It’s something that’s drilled into you from the minute you start in this business to always consider the microphones hot.”

Unfortunately for him, KSNW was not having any of it and they fired him later this week. Kraemer claims he has his next move lined up, but he would not elaborate on what it was.

Do you think he deserved to be fired? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
