Florida Governor Rick Scott recently took a stand against Obama by refusing to expand his state’s Medicaid program. Enraged, the president immediately took his revenge by cutting $1 billion of funding that would normally go to Florida hospitals that mostly cater to uninsured Medicaid patients.

Way to stay classy, Obama…

Luckily, Scott has refused to go down without a fight, and he announced on Tuesday that he is planning to sue the Obama administration for trying to force him to expand Medicaid.

“It is appalling that President Obama would cut off federal health care dollars to Florida in an effort to force our state further into Obamacare,” the governor told reporters, according to Conservative Tribune.

Back in 2012, the Supreme Court ruled that it is illegal for the president to coerce states into expanding Medicaid, yet Obama continues to do this regularly. Obama continuing to impose his will on states like Florida is not only wrong, it’s illegal.

Let’s hope that one of these days, Obama’s illegal practices will catch up to him and land him in jail!
