Obama has always been vocal about his dislike for Fox News, and now his administration is making moves to have the network shut down for good.

Federal Communications Commissioner Ajit Pai recently revealed that the administration is planning to usurp control over political websites that feature conservative content. Pai singled out the Fox News and Drudge Report websites as the main targets of the new “free speech” regulators.

“What you’re seeing now is an impulse not just to regulate the roads over which traffic goes, but the traffic itself,” Pai said according to Conservative Tribune.

The new rules will classify internet providers as “utilities,” making them subject to a series of strict regulations.

“In my view at least, being a free speech advocate, the First Amendment means not just the cold parchment that is in the Constitution, it’s an ongoing cultural commitment,” he added. “I sense that, among a substantial number of Americans and a disturbing number of regulators here in Washington, that online speech is a dangerous ‘brave new world’ that needs to be regulated.”

This is a clear move of Obama’s to censor the conservative media and take down Fox News. We can only hope that his presidential term expires before he can make this happen.
