Obama and his minions are on a mission to ban guns in America, therefore destroying the second amendment. Now, his state department has proposed new firearms rules that would make it illegal for gun owners to discuss technical specifications about guns and ammo on the internet without getting federal permission.

This means that before they publish anything about gun specifications on blogs, video, or any other Web forum, “gunsmiths, manufacturers, reloaders and do-it-yourselfers” would need to undergo “the cumbersome and time-consuming process of obtaining” the proper authorizations, according to Conservative Tribune.

The new rules state that any individual caught publishing gun specifications without federal authorization could be fined up to $1 million and face a prison sentence of up to 20 years.

“This latest regulatory assault, published in the June 3 issue of the Federal Register, is as much an affront to the First Amendment as it is to the Second,” the NRA warned, adding that this regulation is nothing more than a “gag order on firearm-related speech.”

The state department argues that firearm specifications published online “would be accessible to foreign nationals both in the U.S. and overseas,” meaning that they need to be banned. However, this is no excuse to completely defy the constitution.

With this rule, Obama is violating both our first and second amendment rights. Obama has shown that he has no respect for our nation’s constitution in the past, but this time he has gone too far.

Obama is trying to get these rules written into law quietly, so that nobody will have time to protest. We need to spread the word so that he does not succeed…
