Dog the Bounty Hunter and his wife Beth are in hot water this week after a fellow fugitive seeker recently filed a lawsuit against them for $30 million.

According to Daily Mail, Charles Fisher has claimed that both his reputation and his bounty hunting business were destroyed after he appeared on an episode of the couple’s reality show, Dog And Beth: On The Hunt. Fisher was described as a “corrupt businessman” on the CMT reality show, and he claims that a conversation was wrongfully edited to make it look like he made off with $20,000 in collateral.

The lawsuit also states that Fisher was edited to look like he was ripping off his insurance company, and that he used a jail connection to get himself business. In addition, he claims that he was only paid one fourth of the $20,000 the couple promised him in exchange for his phone lines.

Though he claimed to be facing bankruptcy when he appeared on the show, he is now saying the program ruined his business and he wants $30 million.

This comes after a difficult year for Dog, whose real name is Duane Chapman. Last September, his daughter Lyssa and his two grandchildren were involved in a very serious car accident. His wife was also arrested last year and she narrowly avoided charges after she was attacked by an angry teenage girl.

Our thoughts and prayers are with both Dog and Beth as they battle this ridiculous lawsuit. Stay strong, you guys!
