When a mob of people gathered for a Fourth of July hip hop and electronica concert on Saturday night, police had no idea the situation was about to escalate to violence…

After the concert, a race riot quickly broke out. Eventually, a mob of over forty angry blacks cornered a single white man, and beat him half to death. Video shows the gang of mostly black youths laughing at their victim as he lays on the ground bleeding.

One of the police officers on the scene later described what happened in a statement obtained by The Gateway Pundit:

“…So then we form into riot formation with helmets on and begin passing out the shields. Honestly this was the first time I got to partake in this. So we see ahead a scuffle begin and think it’s just a fight. Well not so much, it was like 40 v. 1. I saw 40 v. 1, it was 40 black youths stomping the crap out of one unlucky male white. He didn’t do anything to deserve this beating except be white. I’m going to skip all the rhetoric and just say don’t we all matter??? This just pissed us all off. Time to rescue or at least try to get these thugs off of him. So we were sent in with shields and arrest team to do a victim rescue. Feel bad for the guy since he nor anyone deserved a beat down like that for no reason…”

When police intervened in an attempt to rescue the beaten man, the mob quickly turned on the officers. In the end, several officers were wounded, with one needing stitches to his face after he was hit by a glass bottle. Another officer was punched in the face by an angry race rioter.

Seven members of the mob were arrested, and three of them were apparently juveniles.

Of course, you won’t be hearing about this story from the mainstream media. Though it is a hate crime, the liberal media only reports on hate crimes in which minorities are targeted, so they are doing everything they can to sweep this under the rug.
