Last week, we reported that Los Angeles prosecutors are preparing to charge Caitlyn Jenner with vehicular manslaughter for her role in a February car crash that killed Kim Howe, 69. Though this charge is a misdemeanor, it does carry a sentence of up to one year in jail.

Now, LA County Sheriff’s detectives have officially turned over their evidence to the District Attorney of Los Angeles County.

According to Daily Mail, detectives say that although Jenner was driving within the speed limit, she was driving too fast for road conditions on the day of the crash. In the end, it was Jenner who caused the accident that killed one person and injured an additional seven.

Prosecutors are deciding Jenner’s fate right at this very moment. Should they choose to go forward with this case, it is VERY likely that she will end up in jail. This will undoubtedly put a damper on Jenner’s year, as she has been labelled a “saint” among liberals ever since she transitioned from former-Olympian Bruce Jenner to Caitlyn.

Do you think Jenner deserves to go to jail? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
