Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker has just revealed that he will be dropping out of the 2016 presidential race. He is set to officially announce this at 6 pm.

Though he was an early frontrunner in Iowa, an insider says Walker has “concluded that there’s no way for him to win, and he’d rather bow out pretty than be forced out ugly.”

According to Daily Mail, Walker was not in a good enough position financially to continue in the race.

“The short answer is money,” a Republican source commented. “He’s made a decision not to limp into Iowa.”

We’ll update you further as this story develops.
