Speaker John Boehner announced on Thursday that he is planning to potentially sue President Obama AGAIN for the way he has handled the Iran deal.

According to Politico, Boehner accused Obama of not turning over the entirety of the Iran agreement for congressional review, as the law mandates. The Ohio Republican told reporters that legal action is “an option that’s very possible.”

“If you read the provisions in [the congressional review law], it’s pretty clear that the president has not complied,” Boehner said during his weekly news conference. “Because it makes clear that any side agreements and any other type of an agreement — including those that do not directly involve us — must be turned over as part of it. I do not believe that he’s complied.”

He added that the agreement is “worse than anything I could’ve ever imagined.”

Boehner is already leading the House Republicans in a separate lawsuit against Obama for Obamacare, which a judge ruled can proceed this week.

We can only hope that Boehner moves forward with his second lawsuit, and that Obama is finally forced to take responsibility for what he has done to this country!
