A few weeks ago, we reported that authorities were considering charging Caitlyn Jenner with vehicular manslaughter for a fatal car accident she caused back in February.

Now, prosecutors have made their decision.

According to Daily Mail, insiders say the DA has decided that Jenner will not be charged with vehicular manslaughter.

Clearly, the liberal DA is giving Jenner special treatment, since anybody else in her position would be in jail.

Jenner caused the February car accident which led to the death of 69 year-old Kim Howe. In fact, footage recreating the incident clearly shows that it was Jenner’s negligence that caused the entire incident.

Jenner’s Cadillac Escalade rear ended Howe’s Lexus, knocking her into oncoming traffic. In a recent interview with Matt Laurer, Jenner said she barely even remembers the accident.

“I remember it happening,” she said. “That’s about it.”

The Los Angeles police have been investigating Jenner ever since, and after receiving tons of pressure from liberals, they recently recommended to the DA that Jenner not be charged.

District Attorney Jackie Lacey could still choose to ignore these conclusions and charge Jenner, but experts say this is unlikely.

The bottomline is that Kim Howe deserves justice. Man or woman, Caitlyn Jenner should have to answer for her crime, just like everybody else!
