If you’re like me, you love meatloaf.

But sometimes when you feel like eating a good meatloaf meal, you don’t have group to cook for. This awesome video shows you how to make the meal for just one person in a single-serving portion.

Below are the ingredients and directions, courtesy of Q Political:


Canola oil
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. quick cooking oats
Garlic powder
Sea salt
1/4 lb. ground beef


Grease mug with canola oil.
Combine milk, ketchup, oats, garlic powder, and salt in mug.
Spoon ground beef into mug.
Stir ingredients thoroughly.
Cook on high for 3 minutes, or until meat is cooked through.
Allow to cool and serve with additional ketchup, as desired.
