While everyone was distracted with Hillary Clinton’s Benghazi testimony yesterday, Obama did something that has put our entire country in grave danger.

According to Fox, Obama has vetoed a $612 billion defense policy bill as a rebuke to the GOP, insisting that congressional Republicans send him a better version of it.

While Obama praised the bill for ensuring the military stays funded and making improvements on military retirement and cybersecurity, he slammed Republicans and accused them of resorting to “gimmicks” with the legislation.

“Unfortunately, it falls woefully short,” Obama said. “I’m going to be sending it back to Congress, and my message to them is very simple: Let’s do this right.”

Republicans are outraged with Obama for vetoing the bill, saying that he prioritizes domestic spending over the safety of both our troops and our nation.

“This is the worst possible time for an American president to veto their national defense bill, and especially to do so for arbitrary partisan reasons,” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said on the Senate floor.

Clearly, this is a revenge-tactic by Obama to get back at congressional Republicans for defying him. It’s sickening that our troops are being punished just because of Obama’s vindictive games…
