The holiday season is coming once again, and the Obama family is already relaunching their war on Christmas.

In their Christmas card last year, the Obama family made no secret of the fact that they have no respect for the Christian holiday. According to Fox News, the card made no mention of the word “Christmas,” and instead focused on Bo the dog.

“From our family to yours, may your holidays shine with the light of the season,” the inside of the card read. The outside of the card showed Bo the First Dog lounging by the fireplace, with presents under a nearby table, instead of a Christmas tree.

The card was created by Los Angeles-based artist Mark Matuszak, who was asked to do so by the White House social secretary.

“They wanted to do an inside shot, something home related,” Matuszak recounted. “So we thought, let’s put Bo in front of a fireplace.”

Sarah Palin slammed the card, saying it’s “odd” that the Obamas chose to focus on a dog instead of on the Christmas holiday.

“Even stranger than that was his first year in office when the Christmas ornaments included Chairman Mao,” Palin remembered. “People had to ask that it be removed because it was offensive.”
