Despite the fact that terrorism is at an all time high, Obama is STILL trying to close down Guantanamo Bay and release all the terrorists there into freedom. The world was stunned when Obama reacted to the Paris terrorist attacks by releasing five Yemeni terrorists from the Cuba facility.

On Tuesday, Attorney General Loretta Lynch turned on the administration by suggesting that Obama’s latest plans for Guantanamo might be against the law.

“The Obama administration is legally prohibited from bringing detainees from the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to the U.S.,” Attorney General Loretta Lynch acknowledged on Tuesday, according to Allen B. West.

“With respect to individuals being transferred to the United States, the law currently does not allow that. That is not, as I am aware of, going to be contemplated, given the legal prescriptions,” Lynch told the House Judiciary Committee, even though that’s exactly what Obama has planned.

“Certainly it is the position of the Department of Justice that we would follow the law of the land in regard on that issue,” she continued.

Despite Lynch’s comments, the Obama administration has been caught looking for places in Colorado and other states to relocate the detainees so that they can close Guantanamo before the president leaves office. Once again, Obama’s precious “legacy” is more important to him than the safety of the American people…
