Yesterday, we reported that a federal judge had struck down Obama’s deportation amnesty plan on Monday. Now, it has been revealed that the judge used the president’s own words to SHRED him during the ruling.

In the ruling that he wrote for himself and Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod, Judge Jerry E. Smith referenced Obama’s claim that he is trying to rewrite the law because congress won’t pass the bill he wants. The remark was made during a speech in Chicago last year, when Obama was confronted by a heckler who scolded him for boosting the number of deportations.

A fed up Obama fired back admitting that he had overseen an increase in deportations.

“But what you are not paying attention to is the fact that I just took an action to change the law,” the president said.

According to the Washington Times, the judges said that Obama’s Department of Justice failed to explain his comments.

“At oral argument, and despite being given several opportunities, the attorney for the United States was unable to reconcile that remark with the position that the government now takes,” Judge Smith wrote.

This decision came as a major blow to Obama, as it means his deportation executive action will likely not go into affect before he leaves office. We applaud these judges for striking down this ridiculous plan, and for using Obama’s own words against him!
