We’ve all heard it a thousand times- drinking about 8 glasses of water is a crucial part of staying hydrated and healthy. But with all that goes on in a day, it’s an easy thing to neglect.

Fortunately for you, this easy recipe for autumn infused water will have you eagerly reaching for your water glass all day.

All you need are four ingredients! Well, five if you include the water!


1 apple, thinly sliced

1 plum, thinly sliced

1 pear, thinly sliced

2-3 cinnamon sticks


Slice your fruit roughly ¼ of an inch thick.

Add all ingredients to a large container or pitcher of ice water and refrigerate the mixture.

That’s it.

You’re done!

Now you can enjoy your refreshing fruit infused water while knocking out those 8 a day, easily! Just continue to add water as needed and the fruit should be good for up to a couple of days.
