Before the Paris terrorist attacks on Friday, Muslim “refugees” were in a very good position. Having officially taken over Europe, they were poised to take the U.S. by storm, and there was very little patriotic Americans could do about it.
However, that’s all changed now.
According to Right Wing News, Michigan’s Governor Rick Snyder has just announced that he will be suspending the refugee resettlement program planned for his state immediately. Considering the fact that Michigan is arguably the most Muslim state in the U.S., this is not a good sign for Islamic “refugees.”
“Given the terrible situation in Paris, I’ve directed that we put on hold our efforts to accept new refugees until the U.S. Department of Homeland Security completes a full review of security clearances and procedures,” Snyder said in a statement released on Sunday. “Michigan is a welcoming state and we are proud of our rich history of immigration. But our first priority is protecting the safety of our residents.”
This decision came a day after State Rep. Gary Glenn, R-Midland publicly urged Snyder to “reverse his call to relocate Syrian refugees in the state.”
“We should not rush to offer an open door to the high-risk importation of individuals from a known hotbed of Islamic extremism,” Glenn said.
Hopefully, more states follow Snyder’s lead. We’ve just seen what can happen when too many Muslim “refugees” are allowed into a country. ISIS wants nothing more than to attack the U.S., and we need to protect ourselves and ensure that doesn’t happen.
