President Obama and his staff will announce their plan to expand background checks for gun purchases, according to the Associate Press.

Senior Adviser Valerie Jarrett made an announcement to reporters. The AP reported:

“White House adviser Valerie Jarrett says the president has asked his team to complete a proposal and submit it for his review ‘in short order.’ She says the recommendations will include measures to expand background checks.”

Obama is moving forward with executive action after the last mass shooting.

Funny, though, how he refuses to crack down on letting potentially-dangerous Muslims into the nation. And, as IJ Review pointed, out, “none of the recent attacks would have been prevented due to currently proposed gun control measures.”
