Bobbi McCaughey made headlines in 1997 when she gave birth to the first surviving set of septuplets. The seven babies were followed by the Today Show when they were younger.

Now the McCaughey septuplets are seniors in high school and the Today Show caught up with them. Bobbi was brought to tears recollecting on her struggles and celebrations with her children. She credits their success as a family to their faith.

Dad Kenny spoke about how having them lead normal lives was important to him. This is why they avoided reality TV shows.

This family has been through it all. Can you imagine potty training seven children at the same time?

It’ll soon be time for the McCaughey house to be empty as these seven graduate and head onto the next phase of their lives. It’ll be a huge adjustment for them all.

Watching this video makes it obvious that the McCaugheys put their children first. And sheltering them from the limelight has really helped these kids achieve balance.

What are your thoughts after watching this video? Please share.
