Sixty people were killed this week in an Islamic terrorist attack at a camp in Northern Nigeria.

According to The Political Insider, the twin suicide bombing took place on Tuesday at a camp for people displaced by an insurgency of the jihadist Boko Haram group. About 50,000 people live at the camp, and 78 people are now being treated for wounds from the bombings.

A third female bomber was arrested and gave officials crucial information about other planned bombings that has allowed them to increase security at the camp.

Fifty-one bodies were buried on Wednesday, the day after the attack. News of this bombing has been traveling very slowly due to the lack of cell service in the area, so we will update you further as this story develops. You can learn more about the attack in the video below this story.
