If you’re anything like me, you think of pocket change as a huge hassle. After reading this story, however, you might be changing your mind about your spare coins in a big way.

According to AWM, there are some coins still in circulation that are worth way more than you would ever think. Here are just a few of these coins!

Coins created by a Kansas pressing machine with a grease smudge are now worth $100 each.

If you come upon a Wisconsin quarter from 2004, look closely at the front left leaf. If there is an extra line on it, it’s worth a whopping $300!

Back in 1943, steel pennies were created to conserve copper for WWII. These pennies are now worth $10 apiece.

Half dollars with Benjamin Franklin’s face on it that were printed between 1948 and 1963 are currently worth $125.
