Four Florida high school thugs have been arrested after they tried to steal the car of a border patrol agent while he was on vacation with his family.

It all starter last Wednesday night around 10:30 pm, when the teens confronted Texas border patrol agent Armando Alaniz, 44, in his hotel parking lot. According to Western Journalism, they forced him into the back of his SUV and pistol whipped him before tying him up and stealing his wallet.

The punks held Alaniz hostage for two hours before ditching his vehicle near a vacant drug house with the agent still inside it.

Alaniz’s wife called the police through the OnStar vehicle security service, and when they called the SUV, she “heard someone screaming for help,” according to Sheriff Jerry Demings. Before help arrived, Alaniz was able to slip out of his bonds and escape. He was sent to the hospital to get stitches for the scalp would from the pistol whipping.

Police have identified Gregory McDonald, 19, Dante Askins, 18, as two of the carjackers. The other two are minors who are aged 15 and 16. Asking is a known gang member who was previously charged as an adult at the age of 16 for attempted murder in a drive-by shooting incident involving a member of a rival gang.

“The charges were eventually dropped, but long prison sentences were handed down to his two co-defendants in the case,” Fox News reports.

“These high school students were playing a dangerous game, and they got caught playing a dangerous game,” Demings concluded.

All four thugs are facing carjacking and kidnapping charges. How do you think they should be punished? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
