Hillary Clinton is desperately trying to put on a brave face after a federal judge ruled on Tuesday that her entire email server could be subpoenaed. Unfortunately for her, however, nobody is buying it.

“I know there are are challengers about what the State Department did or did not do – that will all be worked out,” she said Tuesday night at a CNN town hall. “It’s just not something that is going to have a lasting effect. And I am not at all worried about it.”

This came hours after U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled that U.S. State Department officials and aides to Clinton should be questioned under oath over whether her use of a private server was an attempt to skirt open records laws.

“How on earth can the court conclude there is not at minimum a reasonable suspicion of bad faith,” Sullivan said, according to Daily Mail.

The ruling has added to the uncertainty that surrounds Clinton over whether she will end this year in the White House or in a jail cell. At last night’s Town Hall, however, she tried to act like she was above it all.

“There just is no basis for that,” she responded when host Chris Cuomo asked her about Democrats who are anxious that her email scandal may cost them the election if she is the nominee. Cuomo added that they are worried about the “drip, drip, drip” theory.

“I’m well aware of the drip, drip, drip,” Clinton said defensively, pointing to her 25 years in politics. “But I can only tell you what the facts are. And the facts are that every single time someone has hurled those charges against me…it’s proved to be nothing and this is no different than that.”

Hillary Clinton can lie as much as she wants, but we can see that she is panicking. SHARE this story if you think she should be in JAIL!
