On Wednesday morning in the Rose Garden of the White House, President Obama shocked the nation when he nominated federal Judge Merrick Garland to fill the Supreme Court vacancy left by the death of Justice Antonin Scalia.

The nomination came as a surprise to many, since the Republican-controlled Senate has promised that they won’t approve any nomination Obama puts forth. The choice of Garland in particular was even more odd, since his staunch anti-Second Amendment stance will do him no favors with conservatives. His stance on multiple social issues are unknown, but it’s his indecipherable stance on the hot-button issue of abortion that has everyone talking about this photo.

According to Conservative Tribune, conspiracy theories are running rampant today about a photo of someone arriving at the White House minutes after Obama nominated Garland. It can only be assumed that the person in the photo was arriving to meet with Obama and Garland.

The woman in the photo is none other than Cecile Richards, head of Planned Parenthood, the organization that sells the body parts of aborted babies for “research” purposes. The image of Richards entering the West Wing, where Obama and Garland were waiting, has fueled speculation that the judge is indeed in favor of abortion, and that Richards was meeting with him to ensure the Supreme Court would lean in her favor.

Should this theory be proven true, it will be yet another reason for Republicans to not vote Garland onto the Supreme Court.
