Back in January, the nation was captivated by the Oregon standoff, in which a group of patriots were able to occupy the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge and hold off Obama’s FBI for weeks on end. Unfortunately, the standoff ended with the authorities shooting anti-government activist Robert “LaVoy” Finicum dead.

According to Bizpac Review, the five FBI agents on the scene the day Finicum was killed by Oregon State Police officers originally denied playing any role in the shooting, which occurred after authorities stopped two vehicles containing leaders of the activist group. However, Deschutes County Sheriff Shane Nelson, who is investigating the incident, found last week that “FBI HRT operators fired two shots as Mr. Finicum exited the truck, and one shot hit the truck,” according to The Washington Post.

Because of this, Nelson came to the conclusion that the agents failed to “disclose their shots to our investigators.”

After Finicum was shot and eight other activists were arrested, Oregon State Police officer told investigators that he found two copper-colored bullet casings in the vicinity of where the agents were congregated. The Oregon State Police use silver-colored casings, but the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team uses copper-colored casings.

If these allegations about the FBI are proven, this could be very bad for their organization. Watch the footage below, which was shot from inside Finicum’s car just before his death.
