Liberals and LGBT activists are going to be furious about what the State of North Carolina just did.

Governor Pat McCrory just signed a bill that repeals a transgendered bathroom bill in Charlotte. Republican lawmakers had warned that the radical Charlotte bill creates public safety issues by allowing men to use women’s bathrooms.

“The basic expectation of privacy in the most personal of settings, a restroom or locker room, for each gender was violated by government overreach and intrusion by the mayor and city council of Charlotte,” the Governor said in a statement.

Common sense tells most of us it isn’t a good idea to let men in the ladies room, especially since sexual offenders could be among those men. But, lawsuits will likely be coming.

Local governments are now prohibited from passing legislation or ordinances that give special rights to those with gender identity concerns.

Do you agree with North Carolina that men don’t belong in women’s bathrooms? Please share your thoughts on transgendered bathrooms.
