Many legal experts do not believe Hillary Clinton will be indicted over issues pertaining to her private email server despite what appears to be obvious evidence she mishandled classified information during her time as Secretary of State.

The most eyebrow-raising revelation is that 22 top secret emails were recovered from her server and many of those were messages sent to President Barack Obama.

If the Justice Department moves to indict Hillary Clinton and there was a trial, Senior Judicial Analyst for Fox News Channel Judge Andrew Napolitano says the President may have to testify against Hillary Clinton!

Napolitano believes Hillary Clinton was engaged in illegal behavior by moving government emails to a private server then deleting over 30,000 of them because her staff deemed them to be “personal.”

However, Hillary does not seem concerned in the least:

Meet the Press’ Chuck Todd asked Hillary whether she’s “concerned” that the investigation may not wrap up before the Democratic National Convention this summer.

“No, I’m not,” she answered.

“Because I don’t think anything inappropriate was done. And so I have to let them decide how to resolve their security inquiry, but I’m not at all worried about it.”

Check out the video below to see Judge Napolitano’s reasons. What do you think about Hillary’s handling of emails? Sound off below.
