FBI Director James Comey will testify in front of the House Oversight Committee tomorrow regarding his findings about Hillary Clinton’s secret email account.

Comey issued a statement yesterday detailing Crooked Hillary was extremely careless with her emails, but that “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case” against Clinton. Based on this assumption he recommended no charges.

Watch the FBI Director’s full remarks here. The sound kicks in around the 1 minute mark:

Comey will now have to testify in front of the House Oversight Committee. Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz detailed the reasoning for the testimony:

The FBI’s recommendation is surprising and confusing. The fact pattern presented by Director Comey makes clear Secretary Clinton violated the law. Individuals who intentionally skirt the law must be held accountable. Congress and the American people have a right to understand the depth and breadth of the FBI’s investigation.

It is good to see Republicans doing their duty in overseeing federal agencies, especially when Comey admits that others committing the same unethical and criminal acts as Crooked Hillary would be “subject to security or administrative sanctions.”
