Hillary Clinton and her campaign ruthlessly attacked and insulted the Catholic Church. They went so far as to contemplate overthrowing it in an Arab Spring like move. And now, New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan is demanding an apology.

Cardinal Dolan had some harsh words before demanding the apology,

“The remarks attributed to John Podesta, who is Mrs. Clinton’s Chief of Staff, are just extraordinarily patronizing and insulting to Catholics. What he would say is offensive.”

He continued, “And if it had been said about the Jewish community, if it had been said about the Islamic community within ten minutes there would have been an apology and a complete distancing from those remarks – hasn’t happened yet.”

Catholic League President Bill Donohue hits the nail on the head.

“Hillary Clinton is a liar. She has an opportunity to distance herself from this and she won’t do it…She is responsible. Hillary Clinton owns this problem.”

Hillary Clinton thinks that by selecting Tim Kaine, a phony Catholic, as her Vice President, she will be able to cover-up for her Chairman calling for a revolution within the Catholic Church. It doesn’t.

In fact, Pope Benedict XVI made it extremely clear what he thinks of people like Tim Kaine. In a letter he wrote in 2004, he told Catholics that if they vote for a pro-abortion candidate like Hillary Clinton, they “would be guilty of formal cooperation in evil, and so unworthy to present himself for Holy Communion, if he were to deliberately vote for a candidate precisely because of the candidate’s permissive stand on abortion and/or euthanasia.”

Hillary Clinton and her campaign have absolutely zero respect for Catholics and Christians in general. They want to create a revolution within the Church and undermine thousand year old teachings in order for political gains.
