Rudy Giuliani, nicknamed ‘The People’s Mayor’ after the 9/11 attacks has been one of Donald Trump’s closest supporters and one of his advisers on national security and now it looks like Rudy is going to be heading up a new committee dedicated to cyber security.

Unlike President Obama, Donald Trump is going to take cybersecurity seriously and has asked Giuliani to gather up industry leaders and other experts to look at the nation’s cybersecurity apparatus.

Rudy talked about it on Fox & Friends:

This is great news! It’s great to see an experienced leader will be meeting with private sector companies, leaders, and executives to keep our national cybersecurity at the top of its game. Information is power these days and it needs to be protected.

Make sure you tell other people about this. It is good Rudy is being rewarded for all of the hard work he has done in the public sector the last 20+ years and now he will help bring our cybersecurity into the 21st century!
