It’s no secret that Senator John McCain dislikes almost hates President Trump.

From criticizing military operations under the president to ditching then-candidate Trump right before Election Day, the Arizona senator and failed presidential candidate is a thorn in Trump’s side.

And it’s even worse because John McCain is a Republican who is supposed to be allied with the president on major initiatives, such as filling his cabinet.

That’s why it’s such a disgrace that Sen. McCain told reporters he doesn’t plan to vote for Rep. Mick Mulvaney, President Trump’s pick to head the Office of Management and Budget.

Sen. McCain grilled Mulvaney on similar issues earlier this month during a committee hearing:

John McCain is just embarrassing. Mick Mulvaney is a sharp fiscal hawk. He agrees with President Trump that our national debt is out of control. And, more importantly, Rep. Mulvaney knows our fight is with radical Islamic terrorists – it’s not in nation-building or letting other countries mooch off our generosity.

It’s called America-first. Not whatever-John-McCain-wants-first.

It all goes to show that Sen. McCain is more like Nancy Pelosi on spending than an actual Republican.

Share if you are ashamed of John McCain!
