Black Lives Matter leader Shaun King isn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer. King presents himself as a black man, but was outed as a Caucasian. Now people of all colors can laugh at his stupidity after a series of tweets that expose how little he knows about the United States Constitution.

King took to Twitter to ask some questions that can be simple to answer if you have access to a Constitution.

Apparently, Shaun hasn’t read the Constitution. This is clearly written out in there.

There are two parts of the Constitution that deal with the removal of a sitting President.

The first is via Article II, Section 4, of the Constitution: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

The Second is the 25th Amendment that spells out who would become President in this situation. The first person in line is the Vice President. It then deals with who becomes the next Vice President.

And despite King’s incessant whining – none of these apply to Donald Trump.

This issue has been addressed before. Although he wasn’t removed from office, President Clinton was impeached. King is old enough that he should remember this. The removal process is not something new that needs to be created. Anyone with even limited knowledge of the Constitution knows this.

Shaun King continues to scream about rights, but clearly he hasn’t studied the Constitution that clearly details our rights. Maybe if he invested a little time on that document, he’d realize things aren’t as awful as he thinks they are.

Share this if you know more about the Constitution than Shaun King!
